Requirements:
- Complete The Wall unique map (Map Level is 15), or the Big Wall unique map in Universe 2 (Map Level is 7), or clear Zone 15 with the Bounty Hunter Mastery active;
- Costs 40K Science, 100K Food, 100K Wood, and 100K Metal.[1]
