The upgrade adds a x2 multiplier to Farmers, Lumberjacks, Miners, Scientists and Explorers production. If you don't purchase the upgrade before clearing the Dimension of Anger, you can gain the achievement "Forgot Something".
Requirements:
- Complete The Wall unique map (Map Level is 15), or the Big Wall unique map in Universe 2 (Map Level is 7);
- Costs 40K Science, 100K Food, 100K Wood, and 100K Metal.[1]
When you find the book, it adds information about it under the Looting tab of the latest feed - "It's all shiny and stuff. You're pretty sure you've never seen a book this shiny."
